Mr. Guthrie brings over twenty years of accounting experience to the Darin Guthrie, CPA, PLLC team, including fourteen years as a Certified Public Accountant specializing in audit, attestation and tax services for not-for-profit entities and cannabis businesses, among others.

In the past year, Mr. Guthrie has managed and coordinated all audit and attestation services provided by the firm. Industries served include homeowners’ associations, cannabis businesses, faith-based organizations, health and human service organizations, manufacturing, retail, and more. He has also assisted organizations in obtaining tax-exempt status and resolving tax issues with the IRS.

Mr. Guthrie’s background also includes experience with compilation, payroll, sales and use tax, and income tax services for non-public companies, not-for-profit organizations, religious organizations, and educational organizations, and four years of experience as a private investigator and freelance debt collector.
